How It Works

Simple enough to use.
Specific enough to matter.

Video analysis is designed for athletes who do not need a full coaching relationship but do need a qualified coach to identify what matters most in the movement they are showing.

01

Send the video

Submit useful footage of the event, drill, race, or technical movement you want reviewed.

02

RYFT reviews the technique

The review focuses on the technical issue, performance limiter, or movement priority visible in the footage.

03

Leave with clearer priorities

Use the feedback to understand what to keep, what to change, and what deserves attention next.

Who It Fits

The right tool for a
specific coaching need.

Good fit

Video analysis is useful when the athlete already has somewhere to train but wants expert eyes on a technical question.

  • One specific technical issue
  • Athlete already has a training environment
  • Outside Denver or unable to schedule in person
  • Wants a lower-commitment coaching option
Choose something else when...
A single review is not a replacement for recurring coaching when the athlete needs progression, accountability, or regular follow-up.

Event Coverage

Review the event.
Not generic movement.

RYFT’s broader coaching system spans the full sport, so video review can be considered in the context of the actual event rather than generic athletic technique.

Video Analysis FAQ

What to know before submitting.

How much does a video analysis cost?
RYFT currently lists Track & Field Video Analysis at $59 per review.
Do I need to be a RYFT Track Club member?
No. Video analysis can be used as a standalone service.
Is video analysis the same as remote coaching?
No. Video analysis is a one-time technical review. Remote coaching is the better fit when an athlete needs recurring review, accountability, and coach context over time.
Can athletes outside Colorado use it?
Yes. Video analysis is designed to be useful even when the athlete is not able to train with RYFT in person.
Can video analysis replace medical or injury evaluation?
No. Technique review is not medical diagnosis, rehabilitation, or return-to-play clearance. Pain, injury concerns, or medical restrictions should be handled by the appropriate licensed professional.
One Review. Clearer Direction.

Stop guessing at
what the video means.

If the athlete already has a place to train but needs a qualified coach to identify the next technical priority, start with one RYFT video analysis.
