Help build better
track & field.
RYFT is building a serious track & field coaching environment in Englewood, Colorado. We are interested in coaches, interns, creators, and performance-minded people who care about athletes, communicate well, and want to contribute to something that keeps getting better.
Serious standards.
Useful work.
RYFT is not trying to fill a giant staff chart. We add people when there is a real need, a clear role, and a good fit with the athletes and coaches already here.
The best fit is someone who can bring useful expertise, keep learning, communicate clearly, and contribute without turning the athlete experience into unnecessary complexity.
Specific openings can change throughout the year, so this page stays focused on the areas where RYFT may recruit rather than pretending every role is always open.
Different skills.
One standard.
Current needs depend on athlete enrollment, event groups, season, projects, and staff availability.
Track & Field Coaches
Event-specific coaches and assistants who can teach, observe, communicate, and work inside a coordinated athlete-development environment. Event needs may include sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws, pole vault, distance, or strength support.
Media & Content Support
Photo, video, editing, and social-content support for people who understand that the job is to document real coaching, athlete progress, and the RYFT environment—not manufacture hype.
Student & Internship Paths
Students in coaching, exercise science, sport management, media, marketing, analytics, or related programs may reach out when they need meaningful field experience and can contribute to real work.
Specialists & Project Support
From performance analysis and athlete testing to business, technology, partnerships, or special projects, RYFT may work with specialists when the expertise improves athlete support or helps the organization operate better.
What we care about.
For coaching roles
- Real track & field knowledge or a strong foundation worth developing
- Ability to communicate with athletes, parents, and other coaches
- Dependability and professional follow-through
- Willingness to coach within a coordinated system instead of operating in isolation
- Background check required before working with athletes
- Relevant coaching, strength, or sport certifications are valued when applicable
For every role
- Put the athlete and quality of work ahead of ego
- Be curious, coachable, and willing to improve
- Communicate clearly when something is working—or not working
- Take ownership of the work you agree to do
- Respect the standards, privacy, and professionalism of the training environment
- Bring useful ideas without creating complexity just for the sake of it
Role structure varies. Opportunities may be part-time, seasonal, contract/project-based, internship-based, partnership-based, or another arrangement depending on the actual need. Responsibilities, expectations, and compensation—when applicable—are discussed before any commitment.
