Get clear technical feedback without guessing what to fix next.

$59 per analysis

SECTION: WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A coach’s eye. Clear priorities. Practical corrections.

Your analysis includes:

  • Review of one athlete in one event

  • Up to two submitted video clips or attempts

  • Technical breakdown focused on the highest-impact corrections

  • Returned video, screen recording or voiceover analysis

  • Up to three prioritized coaching corrections

  • Two to three recommended drills or action steps

  • One brief follow-up clarification question

  • Delivery within three business days after receiving usable footage and athlete details

SECTION: BEST FOR

This service is built for athletes who:

  • Want professional feedback on a specific technical issue

  • Live outside the Denver area and cannot train with RYFT in person

  • Need a second set of eyes on a sprint, hurdle, jump or throw

  • Want clarity before deciding whether ongoing coaching is needed

  • Have meet footage or practice video they want evaluated

This is especially useful for technical events and movements such as sprint mechanics, hurdle rhythm, long jump and triple jump phases, high jump approach work, pole vault elements when appropriate, shot put, discus, hammer and javelin.

SECTION: HOW IT WORKS

  1. Purchase your analysis.
Complete your purchase and provide basic information about the athlete, event, experience level and what you want reviewed.

  2. Submit your video.
Send up to two clips showing the same event or technical focus. Clear side or rear views are generally best, depending on the event.

  3. RYFT reviews the movement.
A coach identifies the most important technical issues, what they may be causing, and what should be addressed first.

  4. Receive your corrections and potential drills.
You receive a focused analysis with clear priorities and practical next steps you can use in training.

SECTION: WHAT ELSE TO SUBMIT

For the best analysis, please provide:

Any relevant context, such as competition mark, phase of season or recurring technical issue

Whenever possible, submit footage with the full movement visible rather than a heavily zoomed-in or obstructed angle.

SECTION: WHAT THIS IS NOT

Track & Field Video Analysis is a focused technical review, not a complete training program.

This purchase does not include:

  • Weekly programming

  • Unlimited video submissions

  • A live Zoom coaching session

  • Ongoing athlete monitoring

  • Medical diagnosis or injury rehabilitation advice

  • Recruiting guidance

  • Full-season planning

Athletes who need recurring feedback, programming direction and continued coach support should consider Remote Track & Field Coaching.

SECTION: NOT SURE WHETHER THIS IS ENOUGH?

Choose Video Analysis when you want clear feedback on one specific performance or technical issue.

Choose Remote Track & Field Coaching when the athlete needs ongoing guidance, recurring video review, development planning and monthly coach support.

Choose in-person private coaching or RYFT Track Club when the athlete is local and would benefit from direct hands-on instruction and a consistent training environment.
