Do all athletes attend every practice?

No. Attendance depends on the athlete’s membership level, event group, schedule, and training plan.

When is Club Practice?

Club Practice (Group) runs Monday through Friday from 5:00–7:00 PM unless RYFT announces a schedule change.

When is weight lifting?

Weight Lifting runs Monday through Friday from 7:00–8:30 PM at the indoor DTC location. Whether an athlete should lift every day depends on their training plan, event group, readiness, and recovery.

How do private coaching sessions work?

Private sessions are booked separately through live availability. The calendar shows general 1-on-1 coaching blocks, but exact openings change as sessions are reserved.
