RYFT Anywhere was built for track and field athletes who want to stay consistent when normal training is not realistic. Maybe you are traveling during the summer. Maybe you are away from club practice. Maybe you do not have access to a track, hurdles, throwing equipment, or a weight room. Maybe you are interested in RYFT but not ready to commit to remote coaching, private coaching, or club training yet.

This plan gives you a simple 4-week structure to follow on your own.

Inside, athletes receive a clear weekly training layout, warm-up options, speed and power sessions, strength options, travel substitutions, recovery guidance, and different ways to adjust based on available space and equipment.

This is not custom coaching. It does not include direct feedback, individualized programming, or coach communication. It is a lower-cost way to train with more structure, avoid random workouts, and keep momentum until you are ready for a higher-touch RYFT option.
