No commitment required. Tell us about the athlete and we'll help determine the best starting point.
The information parents usually want first.
Serious coaching without getting lost in the crowd.
RYFT is built around the athlete—not around running everyone through the same generic workout.
17+ years coaching track & field
Coaching experience spanning developing youth athletes, high school competitors, collegiate athletes, champions, and high-level performers.
1,000+ athletes coached
Experience identifying what athletes actually need and helping them build more complete technical and physical development paths.
More than a speed club
RYFT supports the full sport across sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws, distance, strength development, and related event-specific preparation.
Competition shows the problem. The offseason gives us time to fix it.
Once meets start, athletes often spend the season trying to perform while simultaneously fixing technique, rebuilding fitness, and learning their event.
Fall gives us something much more valuable: development time.
Build physical qualities
Improve speed, strength, power, coordination, movement quality, and the athletic qualities that support the athlete's event.
Improve technique
Work through technical changes without having to immediately worry about performing again at the next meet.
Arrive ready
Enter winter or spring track with meaningful training already completed instead of using the beginning of the season just to catch up.
Different ages. Different needs. One development system.
Your athlete does not need years of track experience—or even need to know their best event yet.
Build athletic foundations.
Learn speed, coordination, jumping, throwing, body control, confidence, and age-appropriate track and field fundamentals.
Keep developing after school track.
A short school season does not need to be the beginning and end of the athlete's development. Fall creates time to keep learning and improving.
Prepare before spring gets here.
Address weaknesses, improve technique, build strength, and create a stronger base before school track begins.
You don't need to figure out the program yourself.
Tell us the athlete's age, events, experience, goals, and current training situation. We'll help point you toward the right Fall starting point.
Train for your event—not just “track.”
Different events demand different skills. RYFT combines event-specific coaching with the physical development that supports the athlete over time.
Sprints
Starts, acceleration, max velocity, sprint mechanics, speed endurance, relays, and race development.
Hurdles
Rhythm, approach development, takeoff position, clearance mechanics, speed, and race execution.
Jumps
Long jump, triple jump, high jump, approach development, takeoff skills, and pole vault support when appropriate.
Throws
Shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin technical development with event-specific strength and power.
Middle Distance
Mechanics, speed support, pacing, strength, durability, and event-specific conditioning.
Distance
Aerobic development, mechanics, speed support, pacing, strength, durability, and race preparation.
The goal isn't to keep athletes busy. It's to make them better.
Event-specific coaching
Sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers, throwers, and distance athletes do not need identical training. The coaching reflects the event.
Technical feedback
Athletes learn what they are doing, what needs to change, and why—not simply which drill comes next.
Strength that supports performance
Physical preparation is connected to the track and field program instead of existing as an unrelated generic weight-room plan.
A clearer development path
We help families understand what the athlete actually needs instead of forcing them to guess between random workouts, events, and coaching options.

Still deciding?
These are the questions families most often need answered before taking the next step.
Does my athlete need track and field experience?
No. RYFT works with athletes at different experience levels. Beginners can learn event fundamentals while experienced athletes receive development appropriate to their current level and goals.
What if my athlete does not know which event they should do?
That is completely fine. The athlete evaluation helps us understand the athlete's experience, interests, physical qualities, goals, and current needs so we can help determine an appropriate starting point.
Is Fall Club only for serious or elite athletes?
No. RYFT works with athletes at different levels. The important question is whether the athlete is ready to learn, train consistently, and work toward meaningful improvement.
What events does RYFT support?
RYFT supports sprints, hurdles, long jump, triple jump, high jump, pole vault support, shot put, discus, hammer, javelin, middle distance, distance, strength development, and related track and field preparation.
What if my athlete is already doing another fall sport?
Include the athlete's current sports and schedule on the evaluation. We can review the situation and determine whether Fall Club currently makes sense or whether a different starting point would be better.
Do we have to join after completing the evaluation?
No. The evaluation simply gives RYFT enough information to understand the athlete and recommend an appropriate next step.
