One-Month Visiting Athlete Pass
The One-Month Visiting Athlete Pass is for out-of-state or temporary athletes who have been approved to train with RYFT while they are in the Denver area.
This pass includes access to up to 3 approved RYFT club practices per week during the athlete’s approved one-month training window.
This is not open drop-in training. Athletes must complete the required intake, waiver, emergency contact information, and receive final coach approval before attending any practice.
Who This Is For
This pass is designed for athletes who:
Are temporarily in the Denver area
Are visiting from out of state or outside the normal RYFT training area
Want structured club practice access for a short training block
Have already been approved by a RYFT coach
Are a good fit for the current practice schedule, event group, and coach availability
What Is Included
Up to 3 approved RYFT club practices per week
Access during the athlete’s approved one-month training window
Event-specific coaching within the normal club practice environment
Training with the appropriate event group when schedule and coach availability allow
A short-term pathway for athletes who are not committing to a full club season
What Is Not Included
This pass does not include:
Private 1-on-1 coaching sessions
Unlimited practice attendance
Meet entry or competition registration
Uniforms or team gear unless specifically arranged
Guaranteed practice make-ups for missed sessions
Travel, transportation, lodging, or meet expenses
Medical care, injury diagnosis, rehabilitation, or return-to-play clearance
Important Attendance Policy
This pass is valid only for the approved athlete and approved training window.
Attendance depends on RYFT’s schedule, facility access, event group availability, coach capacity, weather, and training fit. Missed practices, athlete absences, schedule conflicts, weather changes, or facility changes are not automatically credited or refunded.
RYFT athletes and previously scheduled coaching responsibilities receive priority.
