All-Event Coaching Is Now the Baseline. Individualized Development Is the Difference.
Lots of programs say they coach every event. That only matters if the athlete actually gets coaching that fits their event, age, training history, and goals. A thrower should not be treated like a sprinter. Sprinters should not be treated as endurance athletes who need a large “aerobic engine.” A jumper needs more than “run faster.”
Some athletes need a club.
Some need private coaching.
Some need event-specific technical work.
Some need recruiting support, video feedback, or strength training that actually matches their event.
RYFT is built to help families choose the right setup instead of guessing.
RYFT builds training around the athlete in front of us. WITH the athlete.

Not sure if your athlete needs club, private coaching, or both?
That’s exactly why RYFT exists. Some athletes need a team environment. Some need direct technical correction. Some need a better offseason plan. Some need event-specific help before championship season.
RYFT helps families choose the right path instead of forcing every athlete into the same box.
Use the RYFT Athlete Training Path Finder to get a quick recommendation based on age, event, goal, season, and schedule.

Who RYFT Is Built For
Different athletes need different coaching. Explore the path that fits you best.
Track and field is not one-size-fits-all. A brand-new middle school athlete does not need the same coaching approach as a varsity hurdler, a collegiate thrower, or a masters athlete getting back into training.
That is why RYFT works with a wide range of athletes, including:
youth athletes learning the sport the right way
middle school and high school athletes building technique and confidence
competitive high school athletes chasing big goals
collegiate athletes who want more event-specific support
masters athletes who still want to train and compete well
adaptive and Paralympic athletes who need real coaching, not generic programming
Youth Track & Field
For younger athletes learning the sport the right way. We build speed, coordination, confidence, and event basics without making training feel overwhelming.

- Speed, movement, and skill development
- Great for middle school and younger athletes
High School Track & Field
For athletes who want better coaching, stronger structure, and event-specific development. Ideal for athletes preparing for school seasons, club training, PRs, and college goals.
- Event-specific training
- Offseason and in-season support
- College-bound athlete development
Masters Track & Field
For adult athletes who still want to train, compete, and improve. Whether you are returning to the sport or chasing new goals, we help you train with structure.
- Smart training for adult athletes
- Technique, fitness, and competition prep
- Support for beginners and experienced athletes
