About Coach Bubb
Jeremy is driven by a deep commitment to understanding how systems function and how they can be optimized for peak performance. A dedicated lifelong learner, he is focused on building a rigorous foundation in sport science and psychology to cultivate talent and support athletes in achieving their highest potential.
He has founded multiple enterprises across sports performance, technology, and professional services. Most recently, he established RYFT Athletics in late 2025, an organization designed to provide athletes with specialized expertise, strategic partnerships, advanced technologies, and comprehensive resources that elevate performance and expand long-term opportunities for young athletes.
Jeremy’s leadership has earned recognition at both the local and regional levels for organizational excellence, community engagement, and values-driven culture. In 2024, he received the “Best of Aurora” Personal Trainer Award as well as the national “Better Business Bureau Spark Award.”
Education: Western Colorado University, 2009 (Exercise and Sport Science / Anthropology)
Certifications: USTFCCCA Speed Specialist; USTFCCCA Jumps Specialist; USTFCCCA Throws Specialist; USTFCCCA Weightlifting; USATF Level 1; NASM. He completed more than 100 hours of continuing education in the past year.
Training and Experience: Jeremy brings experience as both an elite athlete and a coach working with individuals ranging from first-time competitors to future Olympians. He has coached athletes in soccer, lacrosse, football, basketball, gymnastics, and boxing. His integrated background in kinesiology, technology, and customer experience informs a distinctive, data-driven, and athlete-centered approach to performance development.
His commitment to innovation and evidence-based training has contributed to success across four universities and within his private coaching practice. His athletes have included numerous All-Americans, a national champion, collegiate conference team champions, and national team podium finishers. He has coached six recent State champions, three State record-holders, and the sixth-furthest high school female discus thrower in U.S. history—who later became an Olympic champion and American record-holder.
Notably, many of these athletes entered their programs with little to no prior experience in their respective sports. Jeremy emphasizes a philosophy of rapid learning, continuous iteration, and minimizing repeated errors.
Focus: Enhancing and expanding the capabilities of high-performance athletes. His work centers on increasing speed and power in alignment with each athlete’s physiological potential. He is committed to evaluating, testing, and deploying the most effective strategies to improve performance safely and sustainably.
Jeremy believes that mental resilience and confidence are foundational to achievement. He applies this principle not only in coaching but also through his pursuits in entrepreneurship, photography, branding, woodworking, cryptocurrencies, and other creative disciplines.
