Meet the Coaches at RYFT Athletics
RYFT Athletics is an Englewood-based track and field program serving the Denver metro with private coaching, track club training, and event-specific development across sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws, pole vault, and distance.

Our Coaching Staff
RYFT’s current coaching roster includes leaders in throws, sprints, jumps, and other essential disciplines. Together, they bring decades of experience and elite expertise as former collegiate and professional athletes, collegiate coaches from a wide range of universities, and professionals with backgrounds in sports medicine, exercise science, technology, and sports including football, gymnastics, boxing, and more.
Jeremy Bubb
Founder / Head Coach / Head Throws
B.A. E.S.S., 4x USTFCCCA Specialist, USATF L1, USAW
Jeremy leads the overall coaching direction of RYFT Athletics and anchors the program’s long-term development philosophy. He has a background in exercise and sport science, has multi-sport coaching experience, and a data-driven, athlete-centered approach to performance development.
At RYFT, Jeremy helps shape not just technique and training structure, but also the bigger picture — how athletes grow over time, how systems work together, and how coaching can support both performance and personal development.

Donald Duvall Jr
Head Sprints
US National Champion
Donald leads the sprint side of the program and brings high-level competitive background to athletes who want to move better, race sharper, and train with more purpose.
For sprinters, this means working with a coach whose role is clearly centered on speed development and sprint performance at every level.
Chazz Burney
Head Jumps
Chazz leads the jumps group and supports athletes who need event-specific help in the jumping events. His role on the current roster makes him a key part of how RYFT delivers specialized support rather than treating all athletes the same.
He also has a background in coaching football and basketball and has head coaching experience at the high school level.
Noe Garcia
Sprints
Collegiate Sprinter / Sports Medicine
Noe supports sprint athletes with a background that connects competition and athlete care. That combination helps support athletes who need better movement quality, better understanding of their training, and better day-to-day development.
He helps reinforce the speed side of the program with a perspective shaped by both sprint experience and sports medicine.
Alyssa Watkins
Weight / Hammer
USATF U20 National Finalist
Alyssa was a collegiate hammer thrower and spearheads the weight and hammer side of the program while providing support for our athletes in the javelin, shot put, and discus disciplines as well.
Outside of track and field, she is a professional Highland Games athlete and coach, as well as an avid traveler, running her own travel company called Wide Open Wander.
Dominick Pallotto
Throws / Weights
Collegiate Football
Dominick supports throws and weights, bringing a strength and power-oriented athletic background into the coaching environment.
Dominick is a Cherry Creek graduate who played football collegiately and received his Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction and bachelor’s in Mathematics. He is also a current high school math teacher and phenomenal math tutor.
Find the Right Coach Path for Your Event
RYFT is built as an all-event program, but athletes still need the right entry point. Start with the event or training path that best matches your goals. The live training hub currently routes athletes into private coaching, track club, and event-specific pages for sprints, hurdles, high jump, horizontal jumps, throws, and distance.
Event Our Team Coaches:
Sprints: technique, acceleration, top-end speed, race execution
Hurdles: rhythm, clearance, speed between barriers
Horizontal Jumps: runway consistency, takeoff, landing mechanics
High Jump: approach, plant, bar clearance
Throws: shot put, discus, hammer, javelin mechanics
Distance: pacing, endurance, race strategy
Not sure whether you need a club environment or more individualized coaching? Start there first.
Why Coaching Fit Matters
A good training program is not just about effort. It is about fit.
Different athletes need different kinds of feedback. Different events need different technical priorities. Different stages of development call for different coaching approaches.
That is why RYFT’s coaching structure matters. Instead of pretending one coach should do everything the same way for everyone, the roster is built with real role separation across event groups and athlete needs. The current live site also reinforces RYFT’s emphasis on long-term athlete development, holistic training, and community-focused support.
